What we collect. Your name, contact details, availability, the treatment you are interested in, and any health information you choose to share in the enquiry form.

Why. To assess whether a treatment is suitable for you, to arrange your consultation, and to send aftercare and follow-up messages about treatment you have had. Health information is processed only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Reminders. We only send review and top-up reminders if you opt in. Reply “stop” to any message to opt out.

Who processes it. Our email provider and booking/automation tools process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We never sell your data.

How long. Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted after 12 months. Clinical records are kept for as long as required by professional guidance.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by contacting us on +44 7522 961774. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
